The device has a cardboard or corrugated paper transport and dispensing box (1) containing a flexible material supply reel and a holder (36) supporting the transport and dispensing box in a delivery position, for removal of individual items defined by perforations from the flexible material web. The holder has a guide axis for each supply reel and side wings (40) provided with angled guide slots (41) for receiving the ends of the guide axes, each transport and dispensing box having removable centre sections in their end walls for insertion of the guide axis through the supply reel, the box blocked from rotation in the delivery position to allow extraction of the flexible material web. An independent claim for a holder for reception of a transport and dispensing box for a flexible material is also included.
