A terminal assembly for a meter is provided to connect, branch and relay electric wires having different contact modes to the terminal assembly by forming a branch groove, a combining hole and a guide hole in upper and lower assemblies to easily and rapidly perform a connecting operation. A terminal assembly for a meter includes a lower connector(120), an upper connector(110), and a conductor(130). The lower connector is injection-molded and integrated with the bottom face of a terminal box(10) and has a guide hole(121) formed at the top of the lower connector. The guide hole guides a ground line(50) and a three-phase four-wire system line(30) to be combined with each other. The upper connector includes a combining hole(111) and a branch groove(112) formed at the top face. The lower connector and the upper connector are combined with each other such that the three-phase four-wire system line penetrates the combining hole. The conductor is placed in the branch groove of the upper connector and transmits a voltage provided by a main line through a conducting screw to branch the voltage to a meter(40).
