A device for making dried fish by steaming fishery products with electrolyzed water of sea water and then drying is provided. The device improves the safety and quality of products and provides excellent sterilizing power regardless of the amount and quality of sea water. The dried fish making device comprises a steaming container(100) for steaming fishery products in electrolyzed water of sea water and a drying device(200) for drying the steamed fishery products, wherein the electrolyzed water of sea water is produced by use of an electrolysis device(10) and supplied through an electrolyzed water feed pipe(12). The electrolysis device is controlled by a control panel(20). An ammeter(30) is installed at the control panel to differ the current value of the electrolysis device according to the amount and quality of sea water. |
