A wig for facilitating attachment/detachment and smoothing ventilation is provided to enable persons to easily take off the wig by gradually separating the hairs combined with a Velcro. The wig for facilitating attachment/detachment and smoothing ventilation is composed of a mesh-type hair fixing body(10) having plural ventilating holes and fixing hairs(50); the hairs settled to the hair fixing body; a strip(20) attached along the edge of the hair fixing body to prevent the hair fixing body from being crumpled and keep the inside of the hair fixing body protruded; a Velcro(30) attached at the lower side of the hair fixing body, provided with hair parts and non-hair parts repeatedly formed at regular intervals, pressed on the user's hairs to fix the hair fixing body on the user's head by forming binding force with the user's hairs by passing the hairs through the hair parts and non-hair parts, and formed with plural ventilating holes arranged at the non-hair parts; and synthetic resin(40) of the skin color attached to the hair fixing body to shield a part exposed when the upper side of the hair fixing body is exposed by dividing the hairs settled to the hair fixing body to the left and right sides, like the real skin of the head.
