摘要 <p>A method for electrochemically detecting an indicator-free gene is provided to conveniently and accurately detect reciprocal nucleotide pair without requiring marking of probe nucleic acid and target nucleic acid, minimize nucleic acid chip and lower production cost thereof. In the electrochemical detection method of gene comprising the steps of reacting nucleic acid-fixed micro-electrode obtained by fixing one probe nucleic acid on a micro-electrode with indicator-free target nucleic acid and measuring the change of oxidation and reduction electric potential of the nucleic acid-fixed micro-electrode, the reacting step is one method selected from the group consisting of depositing nucleic acid-fixed micro-electrode in a solution containing target nucleic acid, dropping and coating a solution containing target nucleic acid on the nucleic acid fixed micro-electrode surface, and reacting target DNA using electric field.</p>
