A cabinet is provided to prevent each head portion of plural combining members from being exposed outward and to improve assembling efficiency. The cabinet(1) is composed of a base plate(10); a top plate(20) separately disposed on the upper side of the base plate; a column member(40) interposed between the base plate and the top plate and combined with the base plate and the top plate; a combining member joined to the column member through the top plate on the upper side of the top plate; and a combining member cover(60) installed on the upper side of the combining member to cover the combining member and joined with the combining member by magnetic force. The combining member cover has a cover body covering the combining member and at least one magnet member installed at the cover body to join with the combining member by magnetic force.
