PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power by automatically adjusting a circuit constant so as to select an optimal circuit constant according to a data transmission rate and particularly optimizing a current bias in an operation amplifier in a circuit element including the operation amplifier. SOLUTION: This equipment comprises an RF part 200 for reproducing data from an RF signal received from an antenna 100 and a base band signal processing part 300 carrying out base band processing according to a radio system to reproduction output data supplied from the RF part 200. At a proper place of the equipment, prescribed information is read to recognize the data transmission rate, and the constant of a circuit element including the operation amplifier in the RF part 200 is adjusted with a circuit constant adjustment command generated based on the recognition.
