PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition having stable draw-down property in a wide range of a temperature upon vacuum molding. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises an olefin thermoplastic elastomer (A1) of 5-94 wt%, a polypropylene resin (A2) of 1-90 wt% and an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer resin (A3) of 5-70 wt%. The elastomer (A1) is an olefin thermoplastic elastomer obtained by dynamic heat treatment of a composition containing a specific amount of (a1)-(a3), wherein (a1) is a polypropylene resin, (a2) is an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber and (a3) is an organic peroxide. The ethylene-α-olefin copolymer resin (A3) has a monomer unit derived from ethylene and a monomer unit derived from 3-20Cα-olefin, and the activation energy of flow (Ea) of which is≥40 kJ/mol.
