PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect efficiently the cutting dust of paper sheets generated when a rolled paper is cut by a cutter unit. SOLUTION: The arrangement includes a paper dust collecting device 500 to collect the paper dust generated by the cutter unit cutting the rolled paper. The paper dust collecting device 500 is equipped with a dust collecting nozzle 501 arranged adjacent to a stationary cutting blade 103, a dust sucker 503 to suck the paper dust, and a dust transporting pipe 502 to couple the nozzle 501 with the dust sucker 503, wherein the cutter unit 101 is kept operating only during cutting the rolled paper.
