METHODS OF INSERTION OF CONNECTING PIPE TO PIPE JOINT AND FINAL FASTENING OF FASTENING NUT, AND TOOL FOR PRINTING USED FOR METHODS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of insertion of a connecting pipe to a pipe joint and final fastening of a fastening nut enabling confirmation of insertion length of a connecting pipe before final fastening of the fastening nut and confirmation of fastening completion after final fastening of the fastening nut by single marking applied on connecting pipe. SOLUTION: An L-shape marking 18 including an axial direction marking 16 extending in an axial direction and a circumference direction marking 17 is applied on an connecting pipe P. The connecting pipe P is inserted in a joint main body 1 until the axial direction marking 16 and the circumference marking 17 is covered by the fastening nut 2 under tentative fastening condition after the fastening nut 2 is tentatively fastened on a male screw 11 of the joint main body 1. After that, final fastening is completed by fastening the fastening nut 2 until the axial direction marking 16 is exposed from the fastening nut 2 and the circumference direction marking 17 is covered by the fastening nut 2.
