PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out cut-off work of a suture ligation member such as a ligation wire by very simple operation without shifting a holding member from a flexible sheath. SOLUTION: When suturing or ligating a biological tissue with the ligation wire by pulling the ligation wire 18 close to a proximal end side by a slider 32 in the state of abutting a wire holding member 22 onto the distal end of an inner sheath 7, a screw 40 for fixation and an engaging recess part 41 are engaged to each other to hold and fix the slider 32 and an operation part main body 31.
