The method of the invention for determining the physico-chemical properties of a three-dimensional body comprises the following stages: a) Generating a database (BDS) that contains the data on the bores that define the situation and the physico-chemical properties of the three-dimensional body, b) Defining the surface (T 1 ) in the spatial centre of the three-dimensional body by triangulation, c) Defining on T 1 a cluster of points (NPS) generated with regular spacings in the two main directions of the three-dimensional body, d) Generating, by creating linked triangles between the points of NPS, a new surface (T 2 ), very similar to T 1 but in the suitable format for interpolation and graphical representation, e) Calculating, by any interpolation method, the properties of the points of NPS from the bore database BDS, f) Generating a new database (BDT 2 ) using the triangles of the surface T 2 that contains, for each triangle, the data of the coordinates of the vertices, the results of the interpolation of the vertices and the area of this triangle in space, g) Generating reports with the desired information from the database BDT 2 and h) Generating three-dimensional graphical representations from the database BDT 2.
