PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of molding a plastic molding in which high form accuracy is required, wherein a temperature distribution inside a cavity is uniformized without distorting a cavity surface processed with high degree of accuracy. SOLUTION: By a heater 6, a molten resin is injected/filled into a mold cavity controlled to the predetermined temperature of not more than a softening temperature of the used resin. At this time, parting surfaces 8a, 10a of a mirror surface piece 8 and a back side piece 10 are pressed and fixed by a hydraulic system 11 not to be divided. After the pressure in filling into the cavity is lowered, by the hydraulic system 11 provided inside a mold plate 2, the mirror surface piece 8 and the back side piece 10 are depressed, and at the same time, the parting surfaces 8a, 10a of the mirror surface piece 8 and the back side piece 10 are separated to form a clearance 16 on the portion. By a compressed gas feeding device 15, the gas is inflowed through an inflow port 13 for an arbitrary time. The mold plate 2 of a movable side is moved to take out the plastic molding (mirror) 18.
