PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact spring used for a switch such as a contact type or the like used for a mobile phone etc. which is improved in mechanical property of the circumference part of a dome. SOLUTION: This is a shallow dome-shaped contact spring for switching having a circumferential part 10a where a compression residual stress is made to remain by applying a compression press by a press machine or the like having a punch and die.
