PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire the physical properties of an impact analyzing material with high precision. SOLUTION: Actual machine testing processes (S101 and S102) for allowing the actual object of a test piece being the same material as a structure to collide with a colliding target to perform an impact test, an analyzing process (S104) for performing the impact analysis corresponding to the impact test based on the assumed value of the physical properties of the material at the time of impact of the test piece and a correction process (S101) for correcting the assumed value so as to reduce the difference between impact characteristics obtained by the impact test and the impact characteristics obtained by impact analysis are performed. In the actual machine testing processes (S101 and S102), impact characteristics are acquired on the basis of the analyzing result of the image obtained by imaging the transition of the impact of the test piece in the impact test, and both of an analyzing process (S104) and a correction process (S108), to which the assumed value corrected by the correction process (S101) is adapted, are repeated (S106) and the assumed value when the difference is received in an allowable range is set as the physical properties of the material at the time of impact of the structure (S107).
