PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed polyolefin resin sheet having thin thickness, high expansion ratio, fine cell size and good surface smoothness. SOLUTION: The resin composition for forming a foamed polyolefin resin sheet contains (A) 40-70 wt% polypropylene resin, (B) 10-30 wt% polybutene-1 resin, (C) 5-20 wt% ethylene-α-olefin copolymer having a density of 0.87-0.89 g/cm<SP>3</SP>and (D) 5-25 wt% inorganic filler.
