摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic multilayered substrate having a good sintering property at a low temperature and superior high-frequency characteristics while suppressing the disappearance of an electrode mainly formed of silver, and also to provide a power amplifier module using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic multilayered substrate is made by alternately stacking inorganic oxide layers mainly formed of ceramic and electrode layers mainly formed of silver and then integrally burning the laminate at 940&deg;C or lower. The inorganic oxide layers consist of a main component which consists of a ceramic composition, and a sub-component which contains at least a copper oxide and a silver oxide or a copper oxide and silver, with the weight content of the silver oxide in terms of an oxide being larger than that of the copper oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
