PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a refrigerating device with the usage of an ejector in load fluctuation, a refrigerant flow rate with respect to the starting time, and refrigerant amount control. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a liquid level detecting means provided on a gas/liquid separator, and a control means for controlling an opening of a first flow rate adjusting valve until a refrigerant amount becomes a predetermined amount when the liquid level detecting means detects that the refrigerant amount of the gas/liquid separator is lower than the predetermined amount.
