PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag-shaped whistle with which a user can generate an alarming sound which can heard well by hearing sensations of human beings even from a place where the user is buried alive under a collapsed house at the time of an earthquake disaster, and from which an user's identity can be inquired surely. SOLUTION: A whistle body has the shape of a board and also it is equipped respectively with; a breath blowing mouth at its end part; and an exhaust hole on the surface of the board. The indication part formed on the surface of the board of the whistle body is formed by allowing indications which are properly selected from the address and the name of the user, the birth date of the user, the ID number of the resident number, the pension basic number and the taxpayer number of the user, etc., and the blood type of the user or the like to be engraved on the indication part.
