PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an static electricity surge reflecting device, which can impress static electricity surge set at a specific discharge voltage, to a system to be evaluated, without attenuation, while surely protecting an evaluation system for evaluating the apparatus to be evaluated from static electricity surge. SOLUTION: The static electricity surge reflecting device 20 is installed interposed in the line connecting ECU30 (system to be evaluated) and a measuring device 1 for evaluating ECU30 and is constituted by containing a choke coil 25, of which one end-side is connected to the line on ECU30 side and the other end-side is connected to the line on the measuring device 1 side.
