An easily-openable can lid (1), comprising an outer laminated part (17) formed at the peripheral part of a panel part (3) by folding the panel part in three layers on the outside of a score line (6) and an inner laminated part (18) formed by folding it in three layers on the inside of the score line. The tip of an outer protective part (25) which is the folded part of an outer first layer (19) on an outer second layer (20) is positioned at the position of the score line or on the outside of the score line in the radial direction, and the tip of an inner protective part (26) which is the folded part of an inner second layer (23) on an inner third layer (24) is positioned at the position of the score line or on the inside of the score line in the radial direction. Also, the opening width of an inner space part (28) between an inner first layer (22) and the inner second layer (23) is larger than the opening width of an outer space part (27) between the outer second layer (20) and an outer third layer (21).
