The guide has two guiding units e.g. guiding rollers, (9) which move a piston into a container such that the piston slides and rolls at an inner wall of the container. An outer wall of the piston is spaced from the inner wall of the container by a definite sealing gap (11). Running grooves and/or guiding ridges are provided at the inner wall of the container, where the guiding rollers are axially guided along the grooves and/or ridges.
