<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer supply device which provides excellent image quality free of density unevenness by improving agitating performance for a developer by preventing the developer from staying in a storage tank, a developing device having the developer supply device, and also to provide an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the developer supply device 14, a first screw 18a has a first magnetic field producing mechanism 30 and a first swinging mechanism 40a. Further, a second screw 18b has a second magnetic field producing mechanism 32 and a second swinging mechanism 40b. The developer in the storage tank 17 is electrically vibrated with magnetic fields produced by the first and second magnetic field producing mechanisms 30 and 32 and the screws 18a and 18b swing in phase with each other along the lengths to mechanically vibrate the developer in the storage tank 17 by first and second swing mechanisms.
