PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make information necessary for people and advertising information forcibly accumulated in a television unit in each home to be easily used by a viewer by using a digital broadcasting wave. SOLUTION: An information display device communicates with a server on a network, and displays a plurality of kinds of information received via a transmission channel. The device has display instruction means for operating the displayed information; means for identifying a delivery client by a code corresponding to a delivery client of the relevant information added to the received information; and storage means including a user management area and an exclusive management area, in which data delivered from the server is stored in the exclusive management area of the storage means.
