PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate reduced in manufacturing cost and weight, having a prescribed strength, and eliminating maintenance and a sluice having the gate. SOLUTION: This gate is used for the sluice installed at a harbor entrance and an estuary, and formed in an arch shape to be projected facing the inflow direction of seawater.
