PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller pad for relieving the muscle pain or shoulder stiffness. SOLUTION: Projections are formed on the roller pad. The fatigue or muscle pain in a foot of a user can be relieved by putting the roller pad under the heel of the foot while the user is lying on the back, and evenly stimulating the foot or thigh with the roller pad while rolling the roller pad from the heel to the thigh little by little and slowly swinging the leg. The shoulder stiffness or shoulder pain can be relieved also by putting the roller pad under the neck as a pillow lying on the back and stimulating the muscles around the neck, or by putting the roller pad vertically under the shoulders while lying on the back and raising the body sideways, and evenly stimulating the shoulders while slowly rolling the roller pad from the shoulders toward the arms.
