<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of a catheter and a guide wire without using contrast agent and a vibratory device. <P>SOLUTION: This X-ray image diagnostic apparatus generates an intended image on X-ray image data detecting X-rays transmitting through a subject, by an image processor and displays it on a display device. The image processor is provided with body movement detecting means (a line memory 20, an edge extraction part 21, a frame memory 22, a pattern matching part 23 and a moving direction calculating part 24) detecting the body movement of the subject from the image data; non-body-movement detecting means (a moving direction memory 25, a moving direction statistical part 26 and a non-body-movement detecting part 27) detecting a low-frequency area in the moving direction from the body movement detected by the body movement detecting means; a non-body-movement highlighting part 29 highlighting the area detected by the non-body-movement detecting means in a X-ray fluoroscopic image obtained by delaying a present X-ray fluoroscopic image; and a means controlling to display the image processed by the non-body-movement highlighting part on the display device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
