摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmentally friendly urethanation reaction catalyst having effectiveness as a reaction catalyst without using a toxic compound and to provide a two-part type urethane coating composition using the catalyst. SOLUTION: The two-part type urethane coating composition is composed of a urethanation reaction catalyst, a binder resin and a cross-linking agent. The urethanation reaction catalyst is any copolymer of a solution copolymer, an emulsion copolymer and a dispersion copolymer obtained by carrying out radical copolymerization of at least one kind of radically polymerizable organic compound having an acidic group and a base and catalyst actions for a urethanation reaction and at least one kind of optionally used radically polymerizable organic compound in an organic solvent or water. The binder resin is composed of the catalyst and a polyol component. The cross-linking agent is composed of a polyisocyanate compound. The two-part type urethane coating composition has 6.5-45.5 mg KOH/g acid value or 7.1-35.7 mg KOH/g amine value of the blended system of the urethanation reaction catalyst and the binder resin.
