PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall material having a construction efficiency that has not been found before in conventional outer wall materials, and further having waterproof function, thermal isolation function, and dewing prevention function. SOLUTION: This outer wall material comprises a metal outer wall material B formed of a female connection part 14 having a space formed by a waterproof piece 13a, a fitting piece 13b, an upper piece 13c, a water stop piece 13d, and a water stop piece 13d at the upper side tip of a decorative surface 4 and a male connection part 12 having a step decorative surface 6, a deepest piece 8, and an insertion piece 9 formed at the lower side tip of the decorative surface 4 and a mounting device F formed of a fixing piece, a locking piece, a locking groove, a support piece, a fitting groove, and a waterproof projection. The upper end part of the metal outer wall material B is fixed by inserting the fitting groove of the mounting device F onto the fitting piece 13b of the metal outer wall material B and fixing the fixing piece of the mounting device F by the fixing device, and the lower end part of the metal outer wall material B is fixed by engaging the insertion piece 9 into the locking groove of the mounting device F to fix the outer wall material A.
