PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analogous moving image extraction device with the increased recall ratio and relevance ratio. SOLUTION: If Mahalanobis distance D<SP>2</SP>is determined as complying with the condition of D<SP>2</SP>≤D<SB>t</SB><SP>2</SP>in j or more frames of the successive k frames, the frame F<SB>n</SB>to be determined is determined as belonging to the scene analogous to the standard scene, or/and if the number of frames belonging to the scene analogous to the standard scene of a plurality of frames between scene changes is determined as exceeding R%, the assembly of the moving image frames is adopted as a specific scene analogous to the standard scene.
