摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stop position control method of a traveling object by which stop positioning can be performed at high speed and correctly, installation cost of a marker detection device can be made low, and adjustment of stop positions of a traveling object can be performed simply. SOLUTION: The marker detection devices 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D are arranged at a plurality of target positions where the traveling object 1 of track 2 side is stopped, and a position detection device which detects positions by sensing the marker detection devices 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D of the track side is arranged at the traveling object 1 side. Position control is performed to a servo motor so that the positions of the traveling object 1 are corrected by the marker detection devices 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D while traveling the traveling sections and the traveling object is stopped at designated positions.
