PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device capable of decreasing a paper sheet running in skew. SOLUTION: A sheet from a first carrying path 64 and a sheet from a second carrying path 66 are both fed in guidance by a sheet guiding member 60 to a nip N1 formed by a first roll 56 with the surface made of rubber and a second roll 58 with the surface made of metal. At this time, the front edges of the sheets are abutted to the second roll 58. The sheet guiding member 60 consists of resilient substance and is supported by a supporting member 62 in such a manner that elastic deformation in the direction of the second roll 58 is admitted.
