PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soluble manganese-containing water treatment method which enables the removal of soluble manganese from raw water in a short time. SOLUTION: An oxidizing agent is added to soluble manganese-containing raw water, and the raw water is retained under a pressure of 0.2-1.0 MPa for 1-5 minutes.
