PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a risk, where capacity is formed between a constant potential terminal section, in which the edge of a scintillator protection member that becomes electromagnetic shield is extended, and a TCP or an external electronic circuit, the formed capacity varies, and malfunction and erroneous signals are generated. SOLUTION: A radiation detector comprises: a sensor panel, having a photoelectric conversion element region consisting of a plurality of photoelectric conversion element sections arranged on an insulating substrate, a plurality of first wiring groups, and a plurality of second wiring groups; a plurality of external wiring sections having an electronic circuit connected to each of the plurality of first wiring groups or the plurality of second wiring groups; a scintillator arranged according to the photoelectric conversion element region; a conductive layer arranged at a side opposite to the sensor panel of the scintillator; and a constant potential terminal section for electrically connecting the conductive layer to a member having constant potential. The constant potential terminal section is arranged among a plurality of electronic circuits or a plurality of external wires so that it does not overlap the electronic circuits or the external wiring sections.
