A second element (20) is provided having a step form similar to a first element and which can be suitably placed on or to the stair-like part (26a, 26b) of the first element. The second element has the same width of the first element and a recess (30a, 30b) with which it can be suitably placed on the element. An independent claim is included for a building element.
