PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve environmental preservation and resource economization by effectively reusing a usually discarded extraction residue by recovering a solidified useful product or a liquefied useful condensate from the extraction residue to be discharged, for example, from a manufacturing process of a perfume or the like, particularly, from a step of extracting a raw material. SOLUTION: The extraction residue 2 to be discharged from the manufacturing process is supplied to a hopper 3 and then to a second supply chamber 5 through a first supply chamber 4. A predetermined amount of the extraction residue is measured and supplied to a drum part 7. The predetermined amount of the residue 2 is housed and heated by a heater 12 while being agitated by using a paddle 13 in a drum 11 of the drum part 7. As a result, the residue 2 is separated into the solidified product 6 and a vaporized product. The solidified product 6 is withdrawn through upper and lower withdrawal chambers 15, 16. The vaporized product is supplied to a condenser 21 through a pipeline 41, cooled, liquefied and withdrawn from a condensate withdrawing port 24. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
