THE SYSTEM FOR GERMINATION AND GERMINATE-SUSPENSION OF GRAIN

A grain germinating and germination stopping system is provided to increase reliability by keeping grains in an initial state by adding a germination stopping step and to easily put the grains into a hopper of the next step. A germination tank unit(10) is composed of a germination tank body(11) having a predetermined space volume enough to collect and insert grains passing through a foreign material removing step and a cleaning step; a conical bottom part(11a) formed at the germination tank body; a discharge hole formed in the center of the conical bottom part; a fluid emitting body(13) detachably installed in the hole to guide the flow of fluid; and a water supply pump(15) intermittently supplying the cold and hot water through the fluid emitting body and the upper part to assist germination of wheat. A germination/growth stopping unit(20) comprises a conveyor belt(22) receiving the grains sprouting for the predetermined time in the germination tank body and keeping the straight flow of the grains at a predetermined distance; a cover(24) dividing a closed space including the conveyor belt; and steam jetting nozzles(26a) branched and installed on the lateral sides of the cover to stop the growth of the grains by spraying steam pressure to the grains rectilinearly moving at regular intervals.
