PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stimulation to the skin by a joint area of a front waist area and a rear waist area in a disposable underwear type wearing article. SOLUTION: The front waist area 6 and the rear waist area 7 in the disposable underwear type wearing article 1 are overlapped at the side edge parts 8 and 9 of each other and integrated at welded parts 13 to form waist side part areas 10. On abutting surfaces to the skin of a wearing person at the waist side part areas 10, hiding sheet pieces 31 which are joined to the front and rear waist areas 6 and 7 over the front and rear waist areas 6 and 7 and capable of preventing contact of the welded part 13 to the skin are provided.
