<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-sensitive resin composition for forming a color filter which does not suffer from image burn-in with high production yield. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation-sensitive resin composition contains (A) a pigment, (B) an alkali-soluble resin, (C) a polyfunctional monomer, and (D) a radiation-sensitive radial generator, wherein the alkali soluble resin (B) is a resin produced by living radical polymerization of a polymerizable unsaturated compound and having 1,000 to 45,000 weight average molecular weight Mw (weight average molecular weight in terms of polystyrene as determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC)). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
