<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication network utilizing system and a communication network system capable of providing a service according to an area wherein a mobile unit connected to an information processing apparatus and requesting the service is located. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile communication network utilizing system includes the information processing apparatus (personal computer) 1, the mobile unit 2, and a server 6. The information processing apparatus 1 transmits a request for requesting the service. The mobile unit 2 receives the request transmitted from the information processing apparatus 1 and transmits the received request to the mobile communication network.
