PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify only a specific color on a monitor as an arbitrary print color, and to obtain a printed image where the specific color has been faithfully reproduced, and which enables a clear color image to be printed. SOLUTION: When the correlation between a color in the RGB space and any color in a CMYK space or setting information that specifies whether to perform an ink-in process is inputted, a specified color decision section 211 makes a decision on this. A color replacement section 220 executes color replacement processing according to the setting information.
