PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fouling organism preventive device capable of easily, inexpensively and effectively preventing a fouling organism. SOLUTION: This fouling organism preventive device has a body part formed in a streamer shape by installing a sticking base body for sticking the fouling organism in an opening frame, and a support part for supporting the body part in a waterway so that flowing water flows in a frame of the opening frame, and sticks the fouling organism to the sticking base body of the body part. The number of fouling organisms sticking to a waterway wall surface and building its nest is sharply reduced, and an electric power loss can be restrained.
