PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embolization preventing device which may catch embolic debris regardless of a size of the blood vessel and is improved in filtration and approaching performance to the blood vessel. SOLUTION: This integrated embolization preventing device is improved in approaching performance to a blood vessel wall in various shapes and sizes and cut out from one tube to maintain passage of blood upon intravascular treatment and improve filtration of embolic substances. The device includes a filter basket comprising two shapes designed to optimize approaching performance and the filtration of the embolic substances of a filter part to a blood vessel wall without hindering the vascular flow. The filter basket is equipped with a strut cut out from one tube wherein filter membrane is supported in the circumference direction to almost eliminate bending toward inside of filter membrane and manufacture thereof is simplified.
