PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording and reproducing device that can easily arrange and store a huge amount of photographed images, and can display them for appreciation, and to reduce opportunities of failures in photographing images. SOLUTION: In the image recording and reproducing device comprising an image photographing section and an image storage display section, an image photographer 101 is provided with a means that attaches accompanying information with respect to a photographing image to the photographing image when the device photographs the image. Further, an image storage display unit 102 is provided with a means for displaying the image based on the accompanying information in the case of displaying the photographing image. The image storage display unit includes a data storage part for storing image data or the like, and also includes an image display unit for displaying the image in a form of an electronic album.
