PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional stacking truck capable of restricting projection of a tilt driving part. SOLUTION: In this three-dimensional stacking truck, a tilt bar 18 is formed of a pair of suspended arm parts 180 suspended from a tilt horizontal shaft 4 working as the center when tilting and retreated to a turning vertical shaft 3 side in a lower part thereof, and a horizontal part 183 continued to a lower part of the pair of suspended arm parts 180 in the condition wherein a lower end of the pair of suspended arm parts 18 is stretched. A horizontal part 183 of the tilt bar 18 is formed of a fork abutment part 185 for abutting on a fork 2 suspended from the tilt horizontal shaft 4 and a bow-like part 182 projecting on a fork 2 side and recessed on a side opposite to the fork side thereof and provided at a position between a pair of forks 2, and a cylinder 6 as the tilt driving part abuts on the recessed part of the bow-like part.
