PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk storage case capable of enhancing the visibility of a back side display unit without changing the outline. SOLUTION: The disk storage case 1 consists of a pair of case halves 2, 3 with one end being connected to each other in an opening/closing manner, and stores a recording medium disk inside the pair of case halves. A disk tray 4 to store the recording medium disk is fitted in at least one of the pair case halves, and an index 5 is interposed between the case half 3 and the disk tray 4. The index 5 has a back side display unit 51 extending substantially orthogonal to a storage face to store the recording medium disk of the disk tray on one end side of the pair of case halves, the disk tray has a convex lens-shaped back side wall part 43c extending substantially parallel to the back side display unit, and the case half 3 has a back side wall 33 located outside the convex lens-shaped back side wall part when the disk storage case is closed.
