PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blowing apparatus with a filtration function capable of preventing the filtration function from shifting off a filter housing space of a casing while suppressing an increase in air-flow resistance in the casing. SOLUTION: A left rib 45 and a right rib 46 are provided in an inner wall of the casing 20 projecting toward the filter housing space 31. A filter 30 is comprised of an element 32 formed with the filtration function and a retaining member 33 retaining this element 32 at the inner wall of the filter housing space 31. The retaining member 33 is formed by folding a metal wire and thereby it nips the element 32 with an upstream retaining portion 34 and a downstream retaining portion 35 of this retaining member 33. Thus, by bringing the downstream retaining portion 35 into contact with the left rib 45 and right rib 46, the filter 30 can be suppressed to shift downwards in the air flow direction.
