PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin sheet capable of obtaining a desired cross-sectional shape when the resin sheet large in the thickness distribution in its width direction at the time of molding is manufactured and especially suitable for use in the light guide plate arranged to the back of a display device of every kind or an optical element of every kind. SOLUTION: The sheetlike resin material 14 extruded from a die 12 is held under pressure between a mold roller 16 and the nip roller 18 arranged in opposed relation to the mold roller 16 to transfer the uneven shape of the surface of the mold roller 16 to the resin material, and the resin material after transfer and the back-up sheet 20 supplied to one side of the resin material are held under pressure between the mold roller 16 and the peel roller 24 arranged in opposed relation to the mold roller 16 so that the resin material 14 is set on the side of the mold roller 16 and the back-up sheet 20 is set on the side of the peel roller 24 before the laminate of the resin material and the back-up sheet 20 is wound around the peel roller 24 to be peeled from the mold roller 16.
