FAST CURING COATING LAYER FORMATION METHOD FOR ENHANCED DURABILITY AND PREVENTING NEUTRALIZATION AND SALT DAMAGE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND STEEL STRUCTURE

A rapid-hardened coating method for improving durability of concrete and steel structures and preventing neutralization and salt damage is provided to improve waterproof and sterilizing effects, to increase resistance against salt, to enhance the adhesive force, durability, acid resistance, alkali resistance, bending and abrasion resistance, and to drastically reduce the construction cost and time by simplifying working procedure. A rapid-hardened coating method for improving durability of concrete and steel structures and preventing neutralization and salt damage comprises steps for treating the surface of the concrete structure and the steel structure to remove laitance and foreign matters on the surface; cleaning dust and ashes on the surface of the concrete structure and the steel structure at high pressure; coating the cleaned surface with a putty material; primarily curing the surface of the structure; repeatedly coating the surface with a coat composition containing epoxy resin and acryl resin over twice; and secondarily curing the surface of the structure.
