FIELD: metallurgy; composition of alloyed austenitic steels. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed austenitic steel contains the components at the following ratio, mass-%: carbon, 0.04-0.08; silicon, 0.30-0.70; manganese, 0.50-0.90; chromium, 10.00-13.00; nickel, 18.00-20.00; titanium, 1.50-2.50; aluminum, 0.15-0.70; nitrogen, 0.002-0.01; cerium, 0.01-0.05; the remainder being iron; Cr: (C+N)>=158 and (Ti+Al)=1.80-2.70. Content of admixtures is limited as follows: Pb<=0.003; Sn<=0.))5; Sb<=0.005; Zn<=0.005; Bi<=0.0002 and (Pb+Sn+Sb+Zn)/Ce<=0.8. ^ EFFECT: enhanced technological ductility at hot deformation and improved welding properties; enhanced resistance to inter-crystalline corrosion. ^ 5 cl, 2 tbl |
